Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Stuvio Digital Private Limited ("Stuvio", "we", "us"), P-2051–P-2052, P-Wing, Unit No. 2nd Floor, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703, India, governing your use of the Pickyoka iPhone app (the "App") and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your license to use the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with it, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Not medical advice
Pickyoka is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. Calorie, nutrient, health score, BMI, goal date and calories-burned figures, coach answers and recipes are estimates for informational purposes. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and do not replace consultation with a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional.
- Talk to a healthcare professional before changing your diet or exercise routine, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating.
- Do not rely on the App to identify allergens or ingredients. Always check product labels and ask about ingredients when you eat out.
- If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.
AI features
The App uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutrition from photos, answer questions and create recipes. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, can differ for similar inputs and is not reviewed by a person. Review results before you rely on them and edit any values that look wrong. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You can delete your account at any time in the App under Profile › Account › Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; see below.

- Pickyoka Pro Monthly: $9.99 per month
- Pickyoka Pro Yearly: $49.99 per year

Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the App or interfere with its security or operation; attempt to access our servers or AI services other than through the App; use automated means to make requests; reverse engineer the App except where the law allows it; use the App to create content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes others' rights; or resell or commercially exploit the App or its output.
To keep the service reliable for everyone, AI features are subject to reasonable daily fair-use limits.
