Getting started

How do I log a meal?

On the Home tab, tap the + button and choose Scan meal, Barcode, Food database or Add manually. Review the result and tap Add to log.

Can I scan a photo I already took?

Yes. In the scanner, tap the photo button in the bottom-left corner to choose a picture from your library.

How do I change my goals or calorie target?

Go to Profile › Adjust goals, or use the Calorie calculator to recalculate your plan from your current details.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Pickyoka. You can also tap Profile › Manage subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Pickyoka and tap Restore on the subscription screen, or Profile › Restore purchases.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the Pickyoka purchase.

Data and privacy

How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?

Turn Apple Health on or off in Profile › Preferences. To change individual permissions, open the Health app, go to Sharing › Apps › Pickyoka.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile › Account › Delete account. This permanently deletes your data and revokes Sign in with Apple for Pickyoka.

Why does a scan look wrong?

Photo scans estimate portions visually. Tap any value on the result screen to correct the amount, calories or macros before logging. For packaged foods, scanning the barcode gives exact label values.
